Monika (Valentine) shares the mechanic of linked skills and jack-of-all-trades approach with her Grand version, but rather than sharing a cooldown of 3 turns, her skills' cooldown resets after using her charge attack. This makes her a staple for charge attack focused teams due to

How to Play
Prioritize getting her to 12 buffs before using her skills at the start of fights, if possible. Try to maintain as many buffs as possible to keep her passives' effects at their maximum, and use her linked skills contextually based on the current state of the battle.
