About Sleep and Comatose
Sleep and Comatose are debuffs that can prevent the afflicted enemies or allies from acting that turn. Comatose has a chance of not being removed upon taking damage, while Sleep will always be removed if any type of damage is inflicted. (See the Special Interactions section for exceptions.)
If Sleep or Comatose is removed by taking damage from a normal attack, charge attack, or chain burst, it will not wear off until after the enemy's turn. However, skill damage and summon calls can prematurely remove them.
The two statuses have different resistance countersVerification needed. . An enemy immune to Sleep is not necessarily immune to Comatose and vice versa.
