Overview

Chat Noir offers some defensive utility, being one of the few Water characters with Dispel and Delay, as well as providing additional effects on his Charge Attack. However, he is fairly difficult to use and quite timing-dependent due to the nature of his self-buffs, the long cooldowns on some of his skills, and the randomness in his charge attack's effects.

Strengths

Priorities[edit]

Prioritise EMP Support Skill, then Triple Attack, Critical, and Double Attack, in that order. After which, take Defense if going for survivability, or Double Attack and ATK (Overdrive) for more offense.
