Spirit of the Century is an RPG dedicated to telling action-adventure stories reminiscent of the "pulp" ethos of cheap 1920s and 1930s magazines and 1940s films. It uses an early modern iteration of the fate engine, and is available as an SRD.

Uses for Science! skill mid-session

I'm playing a scientist in Spirit of the Century, but I'm having a hard time coming up with uses for my main skill, Science! How can I make better use of it mid session, not just for creating awesome Science! gadgets?
