Pensare che vs Pensare di
I have doubts about when to use "pensare che" or "pensare di", this is in my opinion, specially difficult for Spanish speakers who would always use "pensar que" which is similar to "pensare che".

Is 'Dà questa' correct, or should it be 'Da' questa'?
Giulietta: «Quale devo dare?»
a) Romeo: «Dà questa».
b) Romeo: «Da' questa».
Which one is grammatical, a) or b)?
As far as I can tell in "Da' questa" "Da'" is different from "Dà" because it is the contracted form of "Dai". Am I right?

I've been told that the passato remoto is going extinct and is now rarely used in northern Italy. What do people use instead?
I assumed that it was being replaced by the passato prossimo without the avere/essere, but this doesn't appear to be the case. I'm very confused on this point.
