Shams-e Bijar (Persian: شمس بيجار, also Romanized as Shams-e Bījār)[1] is a village in Pir Bazar Rural District, in the Central District of Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 2,494, in 709 families.[2]

As of 2011, Shams-e Bijar became part of the city of Pir Bazar.[3]
