Kafteh Rud (Persian: كفته رود, also Romanized as Kafteh Rūd; also known as Kaft Rūd)[1] is a village in Pir Bazar Rural District, in the Central District of Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 900, in 320 families.[2] Up from 893 people in 2006.[3]
