The Central District of Sarab County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان سراب) is in East Azerbaijan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Sarab.[3]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 101,342 in 24,862 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 101,446 people in 28,832 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 97,096 inhabitants in 29,735 households.[2]
