My favourite game to run is probably dungeon world, for the flexibility, simply mechanics and on-the-fly world building. I especially love the mage / priest custom playbooks.

Favourite game to play in is anything with enough depth to allow for interesting character builds. My absolute favourite games allow me to make up my own spells / rituals on the fly.
