Last edition I played was D&D 3.5 back in 2009. Now that D&D 5e is out I am starting again, learning the ropes. I have only once played a PC, I have always being the DM. I am aware I have... shall we say, rudimentary DMing skills. My first games were quite rail-roady, although we had so much fun. D&D was very new to all of us. I was the one to introduce the game and the RPG concept to my friends.

Looking forward, I hope I get to play so much more and play a PC more often. Here is to hoping D&D 5e last for years and that we may get more Campaign Settings (Forgotten Realms, Eberron). I wish someday I get to play a PC and experience the Tomb of Horrors, Castle Ravenloft, the Temple of Elemental Evil and visit Castle Greyhawk, using the new ruleset.
