What does っか mean after the imperative form?

I was watching Chainsaw Man and found these sentences.

動けっか?

Person 1:

殺すのはもったいない顔だけど、死んでちょうだい

Person 2:

胸を揉む前に死ねっかよ

"動けるか？" is formal but in spooken language it sometimes change to "動けっか". In this case る became very short so "動けっか". I never speak like this but Son-Goku in Dragon Ball speaks like this. And "死ねるかよ" is also formal too.
