| With majestic and saintly grace, a furious demon ruler gave birth to a most hideous monster. This child in turn transforms her own intense fury into strength and challenges the gods' will. - Chaos Typhoon is guaranteed to land if the foe has less than 100% debuff resistance after taking buffs and debuffs into account.
(It will miss if the foe has no charge diamonds, 0 filled charge diamonds and against Alpha type Trial foes.) [1]
