- Complete all 3 Co-op daily missions (1 per day)
- Story events, redux events, and side stories:
- Complete a Challenge Battle for the first time
- Story event daily mission (last day only)
- Complete a solo Nightmare battle for the first time
- Can appear rarely as a Treasure item in event draw boxes
- Drop from Grand Order, Huanglong and Qilin
- Rare drop from 18-man HL Raids
- Rare drop from Unite and Fight Nightmare bosses
- Rare drop from Arcarum chests
- Rare drop from Rise of the Beasts Proud battles
- Cerulean Stone shop (10 stones)
