Granblue Shodown is a collaboration event featuring characters from the Samurai Shodown franchise.

A profound evil returns, and the blue sky churns black.

But dark times call for heroes to rise, bringing blades to bear on harbingers of despair.

Be they shrine maidens working in nature's name or swordsmen forged in crucibles of blood and steel, samurai spirits blaze within them all.

Fair and square... En garde!

For new players

Make sure you complete all the quests, since each chapter and boss awards Crystal ×50 on first-time completion. Complete the loyalty character's loyalty bar to keep him permanently, which also unlocks his Fate Episode for more Crystals.

Notable Rewards

  • Obtain as many Damascus Crystals from the event as possible. They are a good long-term investment for the future. There are 3 that you can buy from the event shop. You need 10 Damascus Crystals to create 1 Damascus Ingot.
  • Buy Half Elixir ×2 from the event shop daily.
  • Regardless of how new you are, obtain Nakoruru. Recruiting her unlocks her Fate Episode for Crystal ×50.
  • Fugudoku has Unknown big Wind ATK weapon skill. Worth getting if you do not have an Unknown Wind weapon. Also, its 3★ ATK stat is better than the previously released Unknown Wind weapons, Harp of Westerly Winds and Froggly Bell.
  • Chichiushi has Unknown medium Light ATK weapon skill. Due to only having a medium boost, obtaining a 3★ copy of this Light katana is not as important as other previously released Unknown Light weapons. If you do not have an Unknown Light weapon or need fillers for your Light grid, then it can still be worth obtaining. Just know that it will get replaced easily in the future. Additionally, Chichiushi can be used by the Sword Master class to grant DA UpDouble attack rate is boosted
     and TA UpTriple attack rate is boosted
     to all allies using Awakening Blade, deal damage and increase charge bar using Resonating Blade. When awoken, Sword Master also deals bonus Light damage with normal attacks.

Haohmaru temporarily joins you in the event after clearing the first battle in Haohmaru's Quest. Earn 500 loyalty by winning quests and raids with him in the party to keep him after the event ends.
