Overview
The Maids have a unique gameplay mechanic as, unlike other multi-character units, Dorothy and Claudia have almost completely different kits depending on which of them is active at the moment. Dorothy provides permanent multi-attack, making her good against solo quests against multiple enemies. Claudia boasts a self-crit rate buff, Gravity, and a chance of inflicting a stackable DEF Down, making her better for raids.
Strengths
- Flexible utility in parties due to having two different kits in one character.
- Dorothy is good for cleaning up mobs in solo content with her AoE normal attack, as well as for her Dispel against enemies with buffs.
- Claudia is good in raids with her Gravity and chance of landing

Priorities[edit]
Since there are few good masteries, take Critical first, followed by Light ATK. After that, it is fairly free, though Skill DMG CAP and CA DMG CAP are good choices. ATK (Overdrive) and DEF are always good choices for more power or survivability.

Suggestions[edit]
This build focuses on first turn ougi with Mechanic MC that can provide at least 110% charge bar on first turn and assuming she’s the 4th position.
Your priority should be 3 points for her Support Skill to make the full chain possible then Critical Hit as usual followed by Light ATK. After that pick CA DMG Cap due to her high charge attack damage. You can also pick both Skill DMG Cap in case your Skill DMG hits cap (which usually does with a proper light grid).Resources
