How to Play
The following writeup assumes Feower has been fully uncapped and leveled to 100 - he isn't particularly useful at 4★ and chances are players have a viable substitute for his niche role.

Priorities[edit]
Prioritise TA first, followed by DA, then Water ATK. After this your choices are fairly free as he doesn't have many good masteries. His Extended Mastery Support Skill, Debuff Success and ATK (Overdrive) are all good options.
