Type locality: North Pacific Oxean, Gulf of Alaska. Depth 3450–3460 m.
Holotype: ZMMU D-802.
Paratypes: USNM 1577735 ; ZMMU D-803; ZMMU D-804; ZMMU D-805.
Etymology: named after Nina Mikhailovna Litvinova.
