PhD student by day, superhero by night (at least when tending the bar)!

I work in biophysics, primarily bio-imaging and image analysis.

I have some experience coding in MATLAB, R, and Beanshell (mainly for data analysis and automation of equipment).

Recently I started dabbling in Python because I need to write some highly specialized software for image analysis, but also because it has been a teenage dream of mine to be a skilled coder. I chose Python because it is easy to learn and seems very versatile.
