I have 4+ years of excellent experience in software design, development and engineering. I have been successfully developing and supporting projects throughout my career. I am very well versed in application, backend, and database layers. I have worked on a variety of technology stacks. Initially started with MEAN stack projects and Android applications where I got hands on and honed the necessary skills.

In my initial days at GS Lab I worked on building product solutions across Avaya’s IPOffice & Oceana systems. These included working with IOT sensors, IP Cameras and their alerting mechanism with Avaya’s engagement designer. Apart from this I was the primary developer and designer on both frontend and backend for a customer engagement application for Avaya’s Oceana client. The app included features like chatbot, live agent chat, voice and video calling, and a webhook that could perform context switching between AI bot and live agent. A plug and play component, it was deployed as a library and could be easily attached to any web page effortlessly.

I have also extensively worked on the OTA platform called udChalo which is a startup that provides ticket booking and financial services for India’s armed forces and their dependents. At udChalo, I worked on integrating a few airline & bus suppliers. The entire development and integration was done with serverless architecture. I have also worked on building insurance solutions, tax filing and tax calculation products. I have also acted as a senior dev on projects where we have integrated payment gateways, airline ancillaries and some operational tools on our travel portal.

My motto has always been to write modular and reusable code which can be executed from anywhere if permission granted. And I have incorporated this wherever possible on the systems and projects I have worked on. This has also thus helped the organizations I have worked with in achieving modular systems, which have been economically and productively efficient.
