I am a graduate student working towards my PhD degree on evolution of Antibiotic Resistance. My work focuses on mutations occuring on a druggable enzyme that makes bacteria resistant to an antibiotic molecule.

I write a lot of Python Scripts for Data Analysis and Visualization. Also I really like to do 3D plots using physical modelling/visualization software packages like vPython.
