My name is Petr Freiberg and I'm currently working as a Head of Development with overlap to Project Management and Business Consultancy. I lead team of nearly twenty people (programmers, analysts and testers) at four different locations (Olomouc, Brno, Prague and Most - Czech Republic). In almost all of them I was responsible for recruiting process and developing their technical skills within the company. I also work as External Lector at Palacký University Olomouc, Department of Computer Science.
