I am 31 and have been working in Information Technology for the past 9 years of my life. My interest in computers started early on in life but I didn't build my first computer until I was 14. Even if I did manage to catch it on fire when the RAM wasn't properly seated.

My current role may just be an 'IT Support Specialist' but I do so much more then support that I can truly call myself a Jack-of-all-Trades in IT. I have done system administration, network setup & troubleshooting, development & integration, analytics & reporting, and of course, support.

I am here to learn and to help where I can.
