iPhone:Error "Can not connect to itunes store."

I am implementing in app purchase in my application. For testing I have created dummy account on itunes store.

But when I enter email id and password from my iPad at that time it shows me alert msg "Can not connect to itunes store."

when I insert user id and password of my original account from iPad then it accepts.

I want to clear that wi-fi connection is on in my iPad.
