Is there an HTML purifier like this one writen in JavaScript?

Or alternatively, does anyone have a library for cleaning up content pasted from MS Word, or other rich text editors, into a contenteditable <div>?

Purify is not as common as sanitize for this type of operation. They should rename htmlpurifier to htmlsanitizer :) – Ryan White Feb 01 '12 at 19:38
