I am working under Windows 10 and try to set a JAVA_HOME variable in a bat file (for TOMCAT)

set JAVA_HOME="C:\Program Files\jdk1.8.0_291"

But I get the error

Files\jdk1.8.0_291"" was unexpected at this time.

I tried many things including escaping with a Caret symbol, but nothing works
