(Sorry if I say something stupid, im new using "Maven")

I've been making a discord bot and in the studio the code works fine, but when I build the Maven project and run it in cmd, im getting this error: https://i.stack.imgur.com/pofj4.png

I googled a little bit, and found out that this error is happening because I need to add the library that im using to the "pom.xml", and I added the "net.dv8tion" there, but this error still showing up.
