How to code a bot’s response with a csv file?

I am trying to build a mini chatbot. I am a total beginner.

So far, I was able to build the window by coping and changing a little bit almost nothing the code from https://data-flair.training/blogs/python-chatbot-project/

The second component of my project is a cvs file with the bot response. For example, I made a column with the title: "You should listen to:" and on from the second row a list of singers.

Do you have any string of code to implement the csv file on the previous code as bot response? Please help! -A poor soul
