I am trying to connect to a SQL database with my SQL login but keep getting this connection error. Im using a vpn and checked the login credentials but still can connect. I cannont use SSMS as I am a mac user, hence ADS

The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
