Winform C#: How to set both cursor and watermark in a textbox at simultaneously in WinForms C#?

I'm using a WinForms TextBox for which, I want to have focus as well as watermark at the same time. Similar to this. In this image, the cursor is set in the textbox and there's watermark also Once, I start typing in the textbox, the watermark should disappear. How can I do this?
