I have foreground service running on my app, the service execute thread that send data to other device on the same network with socket.

When I run the service everything works fine. But, when I tap on home button, the app start to run on background and the data not sent to Other device for few seconds. After few seconds the data sent and again not sent for few seconds.

I tested the app on two devices(both s20 and android 11). On one this bug not happened, on the other it’s happened.

Anyone here have idea what wrong?
