Why does Set interface in Java have 10 similar instances of static method of()?

Question

While reading about Set in Java documentation I stumbled across multiple instances of of() method that seem to me to be redundant as they could be replaced by a single varArgs method. I have no clue why those are there and what would their use be? The of() methods in java documentation
