Trying to launch R Studio on Monterey Mac OSX Macbook through Anaconda Navigator. Installation simple, but all I get when I try to launch is this:

How do I solve this?

    Don't do this. The Conda `rstudio` is not a maintained package and can only run old versions of R. Instead see: https://stackoverflow.com/a/62737170/570918. It won't let you launch from Anaconda Navigator, but it will allow using multiple R environments in a native RStudio installation. – merv May 01 '22 at 20:51
