I have created a new virtual anaconda environment and named it "env". After activating this "env" environment I'm not able to run jupyter notebook. Please help me out to resolve this issue

It's the opposite: one runs the *environment* from Jupyter (as a kernel), not Juypter from the environment. I recommend this answer: https://stackoverflow.com/a/43197286/570918 – merv May 01 '22 at 20:56
