So I've done this previously in Python.

How to get dash app plotly to display data by year <--the data set can be found here.

I've now been tasked to do the same in R, which I'm really not familiar with. Due to certain work restrictions I can't run those R to python shells or vice versa in R as it's not authorized. I've tried recreating this and kinda failing miserably so far and turning to you guys for any help. Thanks!
