IntelliJ Cannot Open Local Terminal - Failed to start powershell

I am trying to use the local terminal in IntelliJ to run Maven commands to export a jar. When I try to open the local terminal, I get the error message "Cannot open Local Terminal, Failed to start [powershell.exe] in (directory of my project).

Could you please help me? I cannot figure out how to solve this problem.

What intereter path did you configure? Does it help if you set the full path to powershell.exe file? – CrazyCoder Apr 22 '22 at 16:46
