I'm working an application that is on electron. And I'm opening that application from browser through custom protocol i.e myApp://param/param. My question is how can I identify if client has already installed it or not. What happen in zoom. when we click on URL new page opens initially and zoom prompts to download file. once we downloaded and revisit zoom URL it doesn't prompt again to download.
My goal is to do the same. if application isn't installed then prompt user to download otherwise don't prompt.
