JavaFx: How to setSelection on a radioGroup of second scene based on the button pressed in first scene

Question

Title says most of the problem. I am creating a JavaFX project where depending on your choice of buttons in the Main scene, it will set the selection of the radio buttons accordingly. For example, if you choose the button Need in Main.fxml, it takes you to the next fxml scene with the need RadioButton preselected and the give RadioButton empty.
