I have the most up to date Npm and Node as well as @vue/cli version 5.0.4 but when I try to run npm install from a git clone it gives me this following errors. I am not sure what to do from here. I tried doing the same thing on a new computer and had the same exact result. Im not sure if I am missing anything else or any steps before npm install
