add new columns by unique row values (mac) and fill them with values from other column (senal)

Question

I have the following data:

And I would like to add a new columns by mac values and fill them with the corresponding value of signal. The output would be something like:

latitud, longitud, 84:3d:c6:4f:24:34, 00:a6:ca:86:5d:54, 00:f2:8b:31:ee:7, 00:27:e3:2e:b4:e4
