i getting a Problem with my Script that doing a Payment Gateway.

The Problem seems to be in Line 110 and . I Mean i can remove [status] but then the Payment is directly approved and the Script doing no Status check. How i can fix it?
Thats what happens to the Script, if a User doing a Payment: Error on Page
I removed the [status] from both Lines and the Script started to work but like expected the Payments are directly approved without checking Status of Payment.
