I am in developer mode of an extension. (Not published)
The question is that. My extension warns when a person does such a thing.
The problem is this, I'm noticing that sometimes it says service worker inactive but if I open it later it activates...
My question is this, it is supposed to always run in the background.
Which means that I open the browser and it should already be running, but it is not my case.
For ex. place a time interval that every 3 the icon changes.
I open the browser, I wait and it never changes. But if I go to details of the extension. Service worker idle and I touch it. And there the icon changes...
Why will it be? Why haven't I published it in the store yet?
What would be the solution, I have v3 manifest. I do not see another alternative, perhaps it is sockets. or etc But the question is that the backgorund is always active
