I have a table containing some data of cities across the years. In this DataFrame, the date is segregated into three separate columns, i.e., Month, Day, and Year - an example as shown below.

| India | Pune | 1 | 4 | 1995 |
| United States | New York | 5 | 12 | 2012 |
I want to concatenate the values of these three columns to another ("Date") and in addition put a hyphen '-' between them, to get the result in a Date format. The result should look something like this -

Can someone please let me know the simplest way of achieving this result?
