So I am running a regression in R, where the dependant variable is the Price of the house and then I have several independent variables. For instance, I have Districts and type of house as independent variables. These are columns in the excel file, within the districts column there is 17 type of different districts. When I get the results for the regression it only includes 16 of the districts. Is there any way to get all of them? I have the same problem with the type of house, where one is missing.
i am just running a basic regression code like this
reg.mode2018 <- Price ~ Listingdays + Typeofdwelling + Ownership + District + Age + Jointdept + BRA + Balcony + Bedrooms + Lotsize + Listingprice
