Even after waiting more then 24 hours i still get error "Exception: Service invoked too many times for one day: urlfetch."

Question

Anytime i run a script from my account i get the same error, even after waiting over 24 hours multiple days in a row. Is this error just general and i could have possibly run over a week or month long quota?

Please help!
