Powershell cmd which opens exe file by automatically selecting yes in the window prompt and opens the exe file

Question

I am opening reged32.exe which is asking window prompt with yes and no buttons. but how to automatically select yes button without window prompt and opens the application. I have written command in power shell as echo y | power shell regedt32.exe but still the window prompt is coming with yes and no button.
