There is a SQL table for which I need to make a query, the table looks something like:

| C | 2022-02-02 |
| C | 2022-02-03 |
| A | 2022-02-03 |
| A | 2022-02-03 |
| B | 2022-02-03 |
After applying query. the final table should be something like:
| info | Count on 1st Feb | Count on 2nd Feb | Count on 3rd Feb |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | 1 | 1 | 2 |
| B | 1 | 0 | 1 |
| C | 0 | 1 | 1 |
Can someone please help me in building this query or guide me to some articles ?
