How to find the Min() Date of the Min() Time in SQL Server?

Question

My table looks like this:

Document   Date       Time
00C00001   1/1/2022   0231
00C00001   1/2/2022   1208
00C00002   1/3/2022   1142
00C00002   1/3/2022   1453

I need to select the first occurrence of each document or the Min(Time) of the Min(Date). Is there a way of performing this without a sub query. If not, that's okay too. My actual example is just a bit more complex. Thank you in advance.

Document   Date       Time
00C00001   1/1/2022   0231
00C00002   1/3/2022   1142
