I try to run the project, I get an error:
Error MSB3644 No referenced assemblies found for .NETFramework,Version=v4.0. To resolve this issue, install a developer pack (SDK or targeting pack) for this version of the framework, or retarget the application.
The developer packs for the .NET Framework can be downloaded from https://aka.ms/msbuild/developerpacks. But I have versions later than 4.0 installed and I can't install also installed sdk 6.0 I have VS2022 installed my framework:
