Is there any possibility to interact with a headless browser under certain conditions?

I'm trying to achieve the following:

  1. Selenium bot scrape the web in headless mode
  2. Some condition occurs
  3. Show the browser window on https://localhost:5000 to be accessed and interacted with remotely

My first thought was to combine flask and selenium but I think there is no real opportunity to interact with the website.
