What is a step-by-step process on how to fix this problem on my website? I created a new website, and when I generated it gave me this warning

This can only happen if your PHP version is wrongly compiled. For example, it got compiled against libmysql and then that library was updated to a newer version on your machine. Just reinstall PHP from reputable source without libmysql – Dharman Feb 05 '22 at 15:26
